Staging Homes to Sell: Whether you are considering putting your home up for sale or it's already on the market - a key factor in determining how long it will remain there and what price it will sell for is the First Impression potential buyers get when they walk through the front door. They will generally know within the first two minutes of entyering the house whether they get that "WOW - I WANT TO LIVE HERE" feeling. We have several options for you to choose; from doing a simple walk through with you, maximizing what you already have or bringing in a whole new look. Staging Works! Types of Staging Services:
A. Staging Consultation
This option is perfect for homeowners that want to implement our recommendations and do the staging work themselves. We will provide you with a Staging Plan that will help you prepare your home for sale. We will instruct you on how to make your home appeal to a wide range of potential buyers. This service starts as low as $100.

B. Staging Re-Design
The way you live in your house and the way you sell it are very different. We will recommend hos you can best utilize your furnishings that are in the house. We will also implement our recommendations. A few small changes such as moving furnishings and artwork around, adding rugs and clearing out clutter can make all the difference in selling your home.

C. Vacant Staging
Vacant houses can often appear cold and uninteresting and most prospective buyers have a difficult time envisioning themselves living in them. Artistic Staging & Design will turn your spaces into inviting rooms of purpose and warmth by adding the necessary elements. We own the furniture, art work and accessories which allow us to give your home an upscale, "One-of-a-kind" look to showcase it above the competition. We can do just small vignettes in a few key rooms or do a whole house by bringing in furniture, accessories, artwork and plants to make sure all the details are taken care of both inside and out. We are here to work within your time frame and budget. Leasing and/or purchasing options are available.
